We bought the Black and Decker ASI300 Air Station Inflator a few months back as a back-up for our tires since we were going for a long-distance drive. It was an absolutely wonderful tool and very handy for driving long distances. It has a pressure gauge that helps to check the level of pressure in each tire so we could add just the right amount of air required. This was a great option when compared to pumping air in the tires without knowing the optimum amount and running into more problems. Another feature that we like is the automatic shut-off that simply stops pumping once the required amount of air pressure is present.

One good aspect of this tool is that it is designed for people like me who like to travel. It is very portable and convenient to carry. We used the lighter socket on our car to power the tool and it was surprisingly very simple to operate. All that we had to do was enter the required pressure amount on the dial and the tool did the rest. It has a hose that comes with it and so there was no need to constantly plug or unplug to check for optimal pressure. A lot of thought has gone into the making of this product because the dial is illuminated and this makes it easy to read the pressure levels even at night. This was particularly useful for us when we had a problem with our tires in the middle of the night on the highway.
